convenient parking super clean stylish decor comfortable room
i appreciated the hotel's location with convenient parking close by the room was super clean i also liked that the hotel does not allow dogs it was also a plus for me that the decor was stylish
the air conditioning wasn't very effective i found it either made the room too cold or too hot it also made occasional loud rattling noises which was distracting

i thought the restaurant offered fantastic food the staff at breakfast were very kind and attentive the lattes and cappuccinos were excellent i considered the croissants some of the best i have ever eaten

the hotel is a short walk from the city center it made it easy to get to the necessary transportation points the central location was the reason i chose it i could walk easily to main city attractions

My classic king room included modern decor. I liked this very much. the room was spacious, a good thing when i travel. the hotel had a convenient location, near to attractions. this helped when i did my sightseeing.
the street noise was quite loud at times. i was assigned a room at the front of the hotel. the receptionist was not helpful when i asked about a room change. this.

The staff allowed me to drop off luggage early. It was in the room upon arrival. I also found a birthday card with a message related to our planned gig. I appreciate their attention to detail via WhatsApp messages.

the room was very clean. i also appreciated the very comfortable bed.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust. It was either too cold or too hot. i also found the rattling and clanking noises from it quite loud at times.

lovely, quiet stay
gym discount complimentary waters
the gym discount was beneficial, providing access to a large gym three blocks away for just five pounds. the hotel also has sky sports on tv, a definite bonus to watch live games. i also found heated towel racks and complimentary waters a plus.
I was disappointed the hotel lacked facilities. It may not suit guests wanting comprehensive amenities. the absence might deter some, even though the hotel's quietness suits relaxation.
